"Shore Line East Visits the Hartford Line"

Due to free rides in honor of the first day of revenue service on the Hartford Line, every train was standing room early. Since the Amtrak shuttles are only 2 cars, to help this issue, an extra Shore Line East set was used over a regular Amtrak set to let more riders onboard, seen here passing Trackside Pizza in Wallingford.
