A set of Amtrak Northeast Corridor work train power in the form of GP9 764 and GP7 778 waits out the winter night in the station at Providence, RI. Lead unit 764 was built in 1954 as Union Pacific 185 and rebuilt by Precision National before coming to Amtrak.
