| Crossing over the swollen Potomac River along the Magnolia Cutoff is the eastbound Capitol Limited. A month ago, this area received a tremendous amount of rain and the river itself was out of its banks up to the bottom of the trees. The old Western Maryland Railway bridge can be seen downstream. |
