Penn Central Heritage on the Pittsburgh Line
General manifest NS 38Q proceeds East through Altoona as storm clouds loom overhead with the Penn Central Heritage heritage unit NS 1073 leading an ex-CSX standard cab. The train was exceptionally heavy as it requires two sets of helpers to get it over the West Slope. |
