Under a gloomy sky Union Pacific FEF-3 no. 844 briefly returns to freight service as she heads home from Denver on the point of mixed freight, slipping through a cut between Swan and Wycon on main 4. The high-drivered ALCo is now only a few miles from her home in Cheyenne, WY.
