| Re 460 # 058 is pulling Intercity 811 of the line IC8 from Brig via Berne-Zürich to Romanshorn, with 200 km/h on the NBS (Neubaustrecke/new built line) Bern-Olten (Aespli-Rothrist) near Hindelbank. The 9 cars are of type "IC2000", which will undergo a large half lifetime rebuilding program from next year. From this doubledeck series were built 341 cars from 1997 in different configurations (first class/second class/dining/buffet/family cab car/first with baggage compartment). The Re 460 has the newest paint scheme after large revision: no vehicle number on front, but small "chromium" 3D SBB signet. |
