Remarks & Notes

Two of the three centercab electrics built by GE in 1950 for Canadian National's Montreal-Deux Montagnes suburban line roll through the former Monkland station outside Montreal with an evening rush hour train of heavyweight commuter coaches. At the time this line was powered by the original 2400 volts DC, prior to its re-electrification with 25 kV AC in 1995.
