It's the first day of operations on Illinois' newest shortline railroad, the Decatur & Eastern Illinois Railroad. Owned by Watco, this line operates on CSX's former Decatur Subdivision and Danville Secondary lines. Here we have the first move on the line, as a power distribution move crosses the Embarras River just west of Camargo, IL.
