When the Incentive Per Diem bubble burst in the very early 1980’s, thousands of box cars that had never visited their home rails found a semi-permanent home there. Here Norwood & Saint Lawrence GE 70-Tonner 10 is awash in a sea of NSL cars as it works the Conrail interchange in Norwood, New York.
