| On a crisp winter day, an eastbound Conrail freight with a trio of six-axle GEs climbs through the hills of central Massachusetts on the former Boston & Albany, headed for Boston's Beacon Park Yard. Lead unit 6608 was one of CR's ten C30-7s, which along with its litter mates was regularly assigned to the B&A. |
