Running on the final weekend of the 2018 Green Mountain Railroad foliage train season, the VTR GP40-2 307 is illuminated by a 20 second sun burst on an otherwise 99.9% cloud cover day, providing dramatic light at the Route 103, Proctorsville, Vermont, crossing.
