This ex-EL GP35 looks like it's switching onto a roller coaster track, as it heads east on the old PRR Atglen & Susquehanna, which Conrail was rebuilding with welded rail at the time.  No. 3659 was built in 1964 as the Erie-Lackawanna's No. 2553.
