One of the ten Norfolk & Western (ex-Wabash) F7s leased by the Jersey Central in the early 1970s teamed up with the CNJ's own F7s to create this four-unit lashup at the Communipaw Avenue engine terminal in Jersey City, NJ. Nothing remains of this scene today.
