Double Double, Surfliner Style: Two NPCU cars and two Charger locomotives bookend Amtrak train 569 as it heads out of San Diego. The 90278 was at one time an F40PH locomotive. Now, it works with the single level equipment on the Pacific Surfliner. This is the first run it made following a rebuild at Beech Grove.
