| "FPCH at NRO"
Providence & Worcester's "FPCH" heads east through New Rochelle station on Track 4 with GE B39-8E 3909 leading 3 other engines and 40+ empty stone cars. FPCH runs every other day bringing empty stone cars from Fresh Pond Yard (FP) in Queens, NY to Cedar Hill Yard (CH) in North Haven, CT. CHFP brings down the loads. |
