The railway operations in the Port of Montreal were previously known as the National Harbours Board (NHB) Railway. Two S-3 switchers sit outside the NHB locomotive shop that was built in 1912. Over the last 106 years the NHB shop forces have maintained steam. electric and diesel locomotives in this building.
