The end of an era for me....... LTV (Erie Mining) 4210 heats up the brakeshoes as the train it's leading slows to a crawl as it approaches the ore dock in Taconite Harbor in June of 2000. This is the last train I would shoot on one of my favorite lines. Although most of the rail is still in place, chances of operation on this line seem less and less likely with each passing year.
