| Number 90 at 9:00. Beckoned on by now-threatened searchlight signals, on a chilly Lowcountry morning the northbound emerges from fog at the first stop, a minuscule hamlet forty miles north of the Georgia line. I always wondered why the eschewed the much larger Ridgeland. |
