| UP 5502 leads a southbound train near the city limits of Calgary. It is about to pass under 194th Ave. which just opened about 2 months ago. The road was designed to connect the growing southwest communities with Macleod Trail. Part of the road includes a railroad overpass. The overpass goes over the CP tracks and also has room for an extension of the Red Line LRT. There are tentative plans for stations at Silverado and 210 Ave. There is no timeline or funding for the project.
