| Norfolk Southern's H-02 and Dover & Rockaway River's D-02 meet at Chester Junction Both trains will interchange, before the D-02 runs east to tie-up in nearby Dover, N.J. In a few weeks Dover & Rockaway River's sister railroad Dover & Delaware River will assume Norfolk Southern operations on the Washington Secondary and correlating trackage rights over NJ Transit. This will mark the end for Norfolk Southern trains in Western Morris County, N.J. |
