| The last time I saw a pair of Class 42 "Warship" diesel hydraulic locos on a train was in 1971,so to see another pairing was a real treat.Preserved locos D821 "Greyhound" and D832 "Onslaught" (built at Swindon in 1960 and 1961) descend Eardington Bank during the Severn Valley Railway Diesel Gala on a glorious day in May. |
