With some autumn color still evident, a westbound manifest approaches–at reduced speed–the boardwalk at the BTSC/Baltimore Terminal Service Center (mp 5.6) in Halethorpe. B&O GP40 4049 leads two other Chessie System Geeps at mp 5.5.
