A pair of ex-WP GP40s heads north out of the siding at Charter Way with a cut of cars. The lead unit is ex-WP 3516. As part of the agreement by which P took over WP in 1983, these air-conditioned locomotives were to remain on the "Western Pacific" portion of the UP.
