The mill operator's request to operate a crane over the railroad right-of-way for equipment installation, and permission to do so, did not get to the proper source, and created some concerned moments as a coal train was on the way to a power plant east of here. All ended well. The workmen on the elevator platform had a great view of everything. All visible structures in this scene are now gone.
