| Two GP38-2's move a string of hoppers under the loaders at the West Carbon Mine. Once loaded the train will descend the grade down the Fields Creek valley to Winifrede Jct. where the coal will be loaded into barges on the Kanawha River. Transhipment ceased in 2013 and cars now are interchanged with the CSX. |
