Operating it's final days along the ex-Southern Pacific coast line, AMTK 458 shoves on the rear of Amtrak 763 as it leaves Emma Wood State Beach behind on its way to San Luis Obispo. The odd placement of a motor on the rear of a northbound train comes after the cabcar on this train-set was found unfit to lead back south.
