Fresh back from Motive Power Industries in Boise, Idaho, the first of several rebuilds stretches her legs around Boston Engine Terminal. Recently, the MBTA's Fiscal Management Control Board (FMCB) approved the rebuild of 10 F40PH-2 type models with the option for another 16 by MPI.
