| Q611 rounds the corner into Opelika with three AC units pulling 168 cars south. Today would be a red-letter week in the history of this line as this train would be one of the first to travel over CTC control from the SE Loachapoka to the SE Macon. In over a month the remainder of the line to Montgomery would change over to CTC control from the older TWC. |
