Respondek SD38-2's 21 and 20 sit unassigned at the Yankeetown Docks shops. The 20 and 21 were both built in 1972, and painted into Bicentennial paint. They were both repainted into different YDC paint schemes. The 20 got repainted into Respondek paint with the takeover, however 21 kept its YDC paint.
