| "Inspection on the Wye"
Long Island Rail Road's Roustabout crew sits on the east leg of the Fresh Pond Wye with a pair of Kawasaki M9 EMUs that were just delivered by CSX. Here, Kawasaki officials thoroughly inspect the cars for any damage that may have occurred in transit. This pair, numbered 9015 & 9016, are the first "production" cars produced from Kawasaki's Lincoln Nebraska Plant. |
