The daily North Platte-West Colton manifest comes rip roaring through the one (flashing) traffic light town of Brule, NE on an early spring afternoon. The space between the mainlines was once occupied by one of the frequent center sidings that allowed lower priority traffic in either direction to dodge the high class, back in the olden days of current of traffic railroading.
