| C18 rolls down the BSOR with an empty multilevel train received in interchange from CSXT overnight. The crew left NS' Bison Yard early in the morning with mixed freight for CSX at Frontier Yard and expected to return with a like number of cars. Instead, CSXT surprised the crew with a train of auto racks to take back. With no room at Bison for so many cars, the decision was made to send the train west as a unit with the power available, in this case two SD40-2s. |
