| Working her a bit at Peru Hill. Despite running clean-stack most of the time, we did occasionally see the 4014 looking like the photos from days of old. As she approached Peru Hill on the eastbound run toward Rock Springs, the Big Boy was smoking like a movie train from an old western. Although the fireman had eased off on the firing valve by the time she passed us, the crowd on the overpass still got a very nice view of Ed Dickens working the old girl just a bit. |
