Take what you can get. Sometimes, the Pittsburgh Line can absolutely suck. Whenever I seem to fan the line, it really sucks. Knowing the signals will be close to their cutover, I set out during the afternoon to shoot some of the signals. My first spot, PT-318, as pictured, I had waited almost an hour and a half for one train which would ultimately be a trashy GEVO and a Dash 9. Though this would ruin my plans for the rest of the evening, I am glad I was able to shoot this signal bridge while I had the chance. // On a sunny afternoon, hotshot intermodal train, NS 21E, heads under the PT-318 signal bridge in Greensburg, PA, with NS ES44AC #8170 leading.
