Central of Georgia Railroad took delivery of SD9 204 in April 1955. The engine eventually became part of the Southern Railway, as SOU 204. The Southern sold it to coal hauler Squaw Creek Southern. Leased to the Liberty Coal Mine in Boonville, Indiana, this locomotive was photographed on September 30, 2017.
