| It is almost 9 PM, the sun sets over the city of Arica and the Railcar of the Tacna-Arica railway appears running through Chinchorro bay, on the last scheduled service of the day.
To the right, a group of surfers put the boards on their pickups, ending a spectacular summer day on the beach. |
