| The next chapter of this loco has been determined. With full restoration (minus traction motors) the C&O loco's new home is now the C&O Historical Society. No suitable RR was found to finish the restore project (adding traction motors) and now the C&O Historical Society is the benefactor and has a new updated attraction to add to their collection. I am told the loco will be moved to the front of the museum (where the current GP7 now sits) and visitors will have the opportunity to climb aboard and reminiscence/dream of days gone by when she rolled down the rails under her own power.
