"Trim Job" NS AC22-26 is making a shove back into the bowl on the switching lead at the north-end of Debutts Yard in Chattanooga, TN. The final process in a classification yard is the "Trim Jobs." This is a vital practice as blocks of cars are being built into a train after the humping process. Variations of freight trains are being put together base off of where specific cars in weight, and destination goes. AC22 is one of 2 or 3 of this job that is always on duty 3 shifts day, building trains. It's interesting to see that mother-slug set now being used at this terminal after replacing the older RCO-equip MP15DCs, that is a sign of progression around here as more horse power is needed on this rough job.
