| The Rocky Mountaineer luxury passenger train departs Seattle, WA, running through the Queen Anne section south of BNSF's Interbay Yard on the Scenic Sub. Amtrak P-32BWH's have to lead the train up to the Canadian border due to the lack of PTC on Rocky's locomotives. |
