Climbing Tennessee Pass, the rear of a CTRN coal train gets assistance from a manned helper set while negotiating the curves at Mitchell, Colorado, on August 1, 1996. This helper set was added to the train at Glenwood Springs, and will cut off at the summit, Malta or Kobe.
