| As the Amtrak Pacific Railroad Society Mountain Outin Special heads westbound out of Mojave towards the Tehachapi Pass, we met many eastbound trains, including SP 9368. Every vestibule door was open and occupied by railfans taking photos or movies. Yes it was close quarters, and quite an experience passing freight trains at speed. |
