“Smoke ‘Em if Ya Got ‘Em”
An all-EMD consist leads Philadelphia to Potomac Yard manifest R405 (formerly B&O 85) westbound on the Thomas Viaduct on 09/20/1987. Note the two (what appear to be) M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles on flats, just passing the monument on the far side of the viaduct.
