60 years in service now! Diesellocomotive Gm 4/4 # 241 of the Rhaetian Railway as shunting locomotive number 3 in Untervaz-Trimmis. The "MaK 400 BB" locomotive was built in 1959 by Maschinenbau Kiel (MaK) for the Alsen'schen Portland-Cement works in L?gerdorf near Itzehoe (Germany) and had 860 mm gauge. 1964 she was rebuilt for 1 meter gauge and came to the Auricher Kreisbahn. From 1971 to 1986 running for the Brohltalbahn. 1989 she came to Switzerland for the construction works for the new Vereina tunnel of the RhB. Large rebuilding by the RhB Landquart works in 1999 with two 136 kW Cummins prime movers and since then used as shunter, mainly in Untervaz.
