A former NS unit leads the north yard job on its daily operations around town. By far the best part of this job is catching it working at the Springfield Underground facilities just east of town. On this day they ran down for a single tank car pick up, and here they pull out and prepare to climb the steep access track back to join the Cuba Sub. This is a fantastic spot that sees train traffic around 6-6:30 in the evening and on a daily basis throughout the weekdays (as far as I know).
