Deseret Power Ry's afternoon loaded coal train has just exited Mormon Gap Colorado. Actually most of the train is still in this narrow cleft in Raven Ridge. Upon exiting the Gap, the rails turn hard right and begin a climb towards the Colorado/Utah state line a couple of miles ahead.
