| Mass Coastal's former Illinois Central GP28 2009 leads a cut of empty Construction Debris hoppers across the Cohasset Narrows bridge near Buzzards Bay on their way to Otis ANGB to pick up loads. The 2009 was one of only 31 GP28s constructed by EMD in 1964. |
