| Just because they can. Cass Scenic Railroad is known for periodically rolling out multiple locomotives and putting on double-headers, triple-headers and Shay races. It has become a tradition at this place, and we couldn't head home without taking the opportunity parade the newly restored Climax alongside the oldest engine here.....Shay #5, which has been working Cheat Mountain since 1905....and has never been off the property. |
