| While on vacation in the Big Easy, I lucked into an inspection train. Running along the flood wall, NOPB 3002 is hauling 6-axle heavyweight Pullman rear observation cars Louisiana & City of New Orleans. I'm glad the new owners like checking out their railroad! |
