| In a scene that has drastically been altered with the advent of modernization, Q685 slips into the siding and by the ACL era US&S searchlights guarding the north end of Woodland, Georgia on the busy Fitzgerald Subdivision. At the time of this photo in June of 2005, the forthcoming double track extending south from Manchester was far from anyone's mind. (Slide Scan) |
