New TRAVERSO train RABe 526 # 106/206 of the Südostbahn, running as Voralpen-Express VAE 2576 from St.Gallen via Wattwil-Rapperswil-Arth Goldau to Lucerne, crossing the Kaltbrunn village creek viaduct between Wattwil and Kaltbrunn. The Südostbahn ordered 24 of this new trains from StadlerRail, for service as Voralpen-Express from december 2019, between Basel/Zürich via Gotthard mountain line to Locarno in cooperation with the SBB as "Treno Gottardo" from december 2020, and as "Aare Linth" between Bern, Olten, Zürich and Chur from december 2021. The "Star"-symbol beside the name TRAVERSO symbolises the 3 lines VAE, Gotthard and Bern-Zürich-Chur.
